*IMPORTANT!* If you can, please bring your own Bb marching brass instrument, or marching percussion instrument. We will have access to the Bluecoats instruments and equipment, but there are a limited number of each available.
Schedule
Camp begins Saturday, January 10th , at 8:00am (registration begins at 7:00am)
Camp ends Sunday, January 11th at 12:00 noon.
Overnight housing will be provided at the school on Friday, January 9th, but only if you arrive between 10:00pm and midnight (per school, policy the doors will be locked at midnight ). Housing will also be provided on Saturday night.
Fees
Registration Fee - $75.00 (only if this is your first camp of the 2009 season.)
Camp Fee - $75.00
Camp fees cover cost of housing on Saturday night, instruction, meals, and use of equipment.

Transportation Instructions
If you're flying to this camp, please fly into and out of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in the Austin, TX area on Friday evening.
For transportation from the airport to the camp, please send an email with the following information to the Bluecoats at this address: transportation@bluecoats.com :

- Destination (i.e. Canton Airport, Cleveland Airport, Canton Bus Station)
- Airline / Bus Company
- Flight # / Bus #
- Arrival Day/Time and Departure Day / Time
- Cell Phone # (if available)
Failure to contact us before Thursday of the week of each camp means we CANNOT pick you up.
Also, please note that we will not provide any transportation on the Friday before camp.
