Jonathon Meader
Guard Instructor

Jonathan Meader began his formal education at Western Washington University which sparked his passion for dance. He graduated from the University of Utah's Department of Modern Dance in 2006 with his BFA after having many opportunities to perform the work of choreographers such as Kathy Casey, Abby Fiat, Kaye Richards, Jose Navas, and many more. His choreography was presented in fully produced concerts at the University of Utah as well as in the surrounding Salt Lake Valley. Jonathan also had the opportunity to dance and perform at festivals in Salt Lake City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York City. Inside the drum corps and winter guard activities he was a marching member of The Seattle Cascades, The Blue Devils and The San Jose Raiders.

Jonathan's teaching experience as a dance instructor and choreographer include West, Judge Memorial, Snider and NorthSide High Schools, Jackson Academy, Blue Stars Drum & Bugle Corps, Urban Expressions and the Phantom Regiment Winter guard.

Jonathan currently lives in Northern Indiana where he teaches, performs and choreographs for local high schools, colleges and dance performance groups.
