Joe lives in Baltimore, Maryland and returns for his third year as Asst. Corps Manager in 2009. Joe is a proud alumnus of the Bluecoats, having marched two years as a baritone player (2002-2003) and three years (2004-2006) as drum major, before joining the staff in 2007. He is an alum of Towson University, where he recently graduated with his degree in music education.
