If you have auditioned for the corps, paid tour fees, and have not signed a contract, you may request a refund of the tour fees.

In order to process a refund, we need the following information:

• Name
• Section
• Amount Paid
• Date Paid

Include this information in an email addressed to: ggeisler@bluecoats.com. Please put "Bluecoats Refund" in the subject line of the email.

You will receive a response within 10 days informing you of when you should receive your refund check in the mail.

Important: All camp fees, and audition fees are nonrefundable regardless of being selected as a member. Summer tour fees are refunded only if an individual does not sign a contract to participate with the corps. Once a contract is signed, no refund of any kind will be given should the member willingly leave the corps or be terminated due to disciplinary reasons. All money raised by members and prospective members through fund-raising activities are non-refundable.
