What should I wear to auditions?

Clothing – Please wear black, comfortable clothing, (i.e. shorts, boxers, tights, dance wear, etc.)
Foot ware – Should be dance shoes or bare feet, we must be able to see your ankles and feet.
Hair – Should be up or back and out of your face.

What do I need to bring?

Equipment – Flags will be provided. If you are planning on auditioning for a weapon spot, you will need to bring your own weapons.
Audition Fee – Don’t forget your non-refundable audition fee of $30.00 (cash or check)

What will the audition be like?

We will introduce you to our movement and equipment technique. Everyone will learn a dance combination and a flag routine. If you plan to audition on a weapon, you will also be taught a short routine on that piece of equipment.

Where will we rehearse?

The Audition Camp will be held at the J.Babe Stearn Community Center in Canton. Click here (link to audition camp information page) for more information.

When do we rehearse?

We rehearse Saturday Evenings and all day Sunday. This gives our members the chance to have a portion of the weekend to work, study, or play! If you have a conflict with attending church, please inform the director. Church conflicts can be handled on an individual basis.

What will it cost?

Details on dues will be given at the audition date above. There are multiple fund raisers throughout the season to assist in payment of dues.
